International Yoga Day (Pre-Primary)

Our Pre-Primary section of Sundaram Central School & Junior College, Palghar celebrated International Yoga Day on Thursday, 21^st June 2018. The teachers explained importance of Yoga, Physical Exercise, breathing and meditation to tiny kids.

The kinds performed Yoga Asan  like ‘Butterfly, Head Rotation, Laughing Yoga followed by ‘OM Chanting’. The program helped students to develop interest towards Yoga from childhood for healthy development of body, mind and soul.
