Guru Pournima Celebration (Secondary & Senior Secondary)

Sundaram Central School & Junior College, Palghar celebrated Guru Pournima on Friday, 27^th July 2017. The management, teachers, staff and the students celebrated the auspicious day of Guru Pournima with great reverence and devotion.

A special assembly was conducted, marked by a tribute by the student council to the teachers. The program started with Saraswati Vandana and the Sloka, “Guru Brahma, Guru Vishnu, Guru Devo Maheswara….” The skit, dance and song added much colour to the event. The letter by an ex-student sent to the school for teachers, read for the audience and teachers brought tears and a feeling of pride in all the hearts.
